Strawberries have been a fashionable motif on ceramics for years, with Wedgwood’s Wild Strawberry, William Morris’s Strawberry Thief and Johnson Brothers Strawberry Fair being some of the most recognisable and popular collections. If you look back through archives, you’ll find that most potteries had their own version of a strawberry pattern at some point.
